The most challenging sport in the world is a heavily debated topic by athletes around the world. The problem with determining what the most challenging sport is, is that you can look at challenging in different aspects. It could be physically challenging or mentally challenging. examples of this would be golf and football; golf is all about technique and composure while football is all about aggression and getting hype and being strong and athletic. Both sports can be very challenging jus in different ways so it depends on how you are made up physically and mentally to know what sport suits you better.
Football players will constantly talk crap about golf or tennis or a sport that does not have a large amount of physical contact, but personally I've tried golf and it is very challenging it takes a lot of focus and proper technique to be good at the sport. For football you just need to be big and workout and be mentally crazy. In tennis you must also need very good technique but also you have to be in very good shape because you are constantly running back in forth hitting a ball and retrieving it.
Basketball is also a sport that is not very physical but you must put a lot of time and effort into the sport to become good because ball handling and shooting takes a lot of practice to perfect it. So what I am trying to get at is that all sport our difficult in there own ways so you shouldn't compare sports on there difficulty because there is to much that goes into judging them. Genetics can play a major role because if you don't have the right build for a sport then you cant become amazing at it, such as I couldn't be an offensive lineman I am way to small and that is just in my genetics.

Ronda Rousey
Ronda Rousey's first loss was a very big deal in the sports media, in her fighting career she has not lost a single match or even had competition. Ronda Rousey is known for knocking her opponents out very quickly and just dominating the match. This time around though things went the opposite she got completely dominated for the whole 2 rounds she was awake and able to fight. This was a major shock to anyone who was watching or knows who Ronda Rousey is.
The fight was on November 14th, against Holly Holm. before the fight Rousey was confident she was going to win this fight there wasn't a doubt in her mind she could be beaten. Her record coming into this fight was 12-0 while holly holms was 10-0 so both fighters our very good and everybody knew this was going to be a very good fight to watch. But lately in sports media there has been so much hype around Rousey that nobody could picture her losing. She is also vey cocky she got into an argument with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and told him she could knock him out.
Rousey has not had fighting as her top priority in recent weeks leading up to the fight she has been more interested in the media and starring on TV shows and in movies. This fight could have woken her up and made her realize she can be beaten and she's not the best anymore. This fight should've woken her up and made her want to train more and become the best. Hopefully there will be a rematch between these 2 top fighters and it should be an even better fight to watch. I don't know who will win but it should be fun to watch.

Pros and Cons of steroids
Bodybuilding is a worldwide activity, a huge controversy in lifting is whether or not steroids should be used. I will be writing about the pros and cons of the use of steroids. It’s decision time, you’ve been lifting for a while now and you’ve hit a plateau. You begin to notice that some lifters are starting to supplement their income and get even bigger. The guys that you though were natty the whole time, turns out they have been juicing since Capri-Sun. Your reality has shifted and you’re now at a crossroads. To the left you have 20 miles to a weekend in Vegas with your lifesaving in your pocket, you’re gonna hit highs there that you’ve never hit anywhere else. And to the right you have the unpaved dirt road, across the country to the house with a family and a sustainable life. When you think about it whats really more important here?…. Yeah I thought so.
If you are still having doubts I’m now gonna break down the pros and cons of taking steroids. The pros. No one ever really wants to talk about the pros of taking steroids, lucky for everybody, I’m not no one, so here we go. Up first is MAD GAINZ. This is a no brainer, this is what you’re here for right? This is like grabbing your playstation controller and hitting triangle-up-down-square-L1-R2-circle then BOOM, unlimited guns, unlimited ammo. I mean you still gotta play the game but once you enter the cheat code you’re never gonna play again without it. Number two, strength. Its not about how much you can lift but about how much you look like you can lift…. but it also helps if you can lift a lot too. Gainz and strength are a one-two punch, if gainz is Jordan, then strength is Pippen. I mean Jordan probably could have done it all by himself but ya know Pippen did his part too. I’ll tell ya one thing though, I never had a poster of Scottie Pippen in my room. Number 3, cuts and veins. You will finally be able to achieve that “my skin looks like a leaf” look. There will be zero doubt that you lift. Your muscles are so dense they look like a tight bag of rocks. Its like when you look at a pyramid, you know exactly what it is, its a pyramid, its shaped like a pyramid, it invented the word pyramid, there is nothing else too it and no other way to describe it. Number 4, fast recovery. Its like you’re racing NASCAR and you never need to make a pit stop, yeah you’re going to win.
Alright well we got a pretty epic list for pros, time to move on to cons, or as I like to call them, hater points. So the first con of taking steroids is that it messes with your natural testosterone levels. When you’re on juice you’re golden, you have higher test levels than head male of a pride of lions, but when you get off you’re in gym class, there’s no test here. Over night you go from he-man to she-man. Its just like you being at a table in Vegas where you’re always up but you can’t leave with your winnings, you just have to keep on playing. Number two on the cons list is emotional instability. On the outside you look rock solid but on the inside you look like Michael J Fox on a trampoline playing Jenga against an actual time bomb. For example the other day I saw my bro jump out of his car at an intersection and threaten a stop light with a knife because his favorite color is blue. And later that day I walk in on him sitting alone in the dark bawling his eyes out to the beginning of the Titanic, not a good look bro. Number three on the list is that you think you’re better than everybody. When you started juicing its like you downloaded the expansion pack. If you don’t juice you’re not even in the game. You literally cannot play on that level. You know what? Actually I’m going to move that point over to the pro side. Retake of number three on the list is that juicing is extremely expensive. So maybe you have no problem investing 5, 10, 15…. 20…….. 25 years off your life for some mad gainz right now but now you also have to dip into your 401k to fund this meat market?
You already invest all your money into supplements, food, supplements, the gym, and supplements so its something you really have to think about. Spot number four is going to needles. Juicing isn’t like pounding down some preworkout or a protein shake, you literally have to stab yourself and inject chemicals into your blood. But hey it could be worse, you could be small. Number 5 is having to explain to your doctor for the 20th time that its cool. He spent 12 years studying the body, you spent 12 months building it. I don’t need to listen to his dumb science for regular people because I’m an animal and last I checked hes not a vet and the only science I need is broscience, which I’m an honorary brofessor of. So beat it Doc. Lastly here are some facts about steroid use that i found on http://nml.gov which stands for the national library of medicine, acne, breast growth and shrinking of testicles in men, voice deepening and growth of facial hair in women, high blood pressure, heart problems, including heart attack, enlarged organs, liver disease, including cancer, kidney damage, and aggressive behavior. As you can see its a pretty close race and as you can see there is no clear winner in the pros and cons of taking steroids.

Teammates
Every team has teammates they absolutely love or they have no interest in being around them. It is hard having teammates that don't get along. That is something you never want when you are searching for a team to play with. You want to make sure that the girls are people you see yourself hanging with and being friends with forever. When I think of a good teammate, I think of someone that will help me get better, or someone that is going to be in my life and friends with for as long as I live.
Teammates are not just people you say you play a sport with. They should be known as one of your best friends. A good teammate doesn't cheat their way out of things. For example, if you are lifting with another teammate you don't want to skip any lifts or reps. It is kind of like not cheating in school. That doesn't help you or your partner. There are a lot of aspects in being a good teammate. Giving positive and not negative feed back is good. Sometimes the other player likes when another teammate says something like, "hey you should go left next time" or "you almost had it, just more step and you could have blocked that shot." A lot of times players like hearing something from another teammate instead of getting yelled at by their coach. Little things like that could help your teammate go a long way. Doing something so little as giving tips doesn't just help them, but puts you in a great spot called a leader. Colleges look for this and want this on their team.
No matter what your job is on the court or field, you have a huge aspect to the team. If you are a bench player that is just as big of a role as the quarter back or point guard or the libero in volleyball. Cheering on the bench could be the determination of what will be the outcome of the game. Maybe the team isn't playing very good and needed a boost, but the bench wasn't cheering loud enough then they lose. Now what if the bench was loud and did everything they could to get the team fired up? Most likely the outcome would have been different. A good teammate cheers on the team no matter what position they are in. They should want the best for all of their team(family).

Kids Should Be in Sports
I think sports are a very healthy thing for kids to participate in during there childhood and carry on with till they grow older. Sports are very healthy and an active thing to be apart of. It doesn't allow kids to lounge around and play videogames or watch TV all day. Our generation nowadays has a lot of distractions such as phones and videogames so they aren't as active as children use to be. This is why I believe strongly in children being apart of a sports program growing up.
Playing sports as a youth can also be a great way to introduce your kid to new people and he will meet and create long lasting bonds with these other kids he's playing with. When he is in high school if your child is apart of sports there is a good chance that he will hang around the jocks instead of the druggies and negative people who will try and bring them down and keep them from succeeding in life. If they are extremely dedicated to the sport they are apart of they will avoid those negative people and stay out of bad situations. Also, they will stay healthier because they want to stay in shape for there sport. They won't have to feel the need to be apart of something that will keep them from going far in life.
People who play sports as a youth typically stay in better shape when they get older. They have the work ethic to work out and stay in-shape. You don't see many big athletes to turn out fat and with a beer belly when they are older. Usually, their kids are fit too. Their kids want to grow up to be just like their mom or dad. They hear stories and see pictures and videos of their parent playing sports and decides to be just like them but better. A lot of times athletes are in the best shape of their life after their career of playing sports than when they are playing. I am not sure why this is, but my assumption would be, because they have a determination to stay in shape and not slack off when they aren't required to do such hard workouts anymore.
Parents should work with their kids when they are little in sports. Kids who start out young are more likely to stick with the sport and love it, so when they get older it keeps them out of things like drugs. If parents work with their kids too they will end up having a bond with their parents that can't be broken. They will always have something to talk about and be apart of with their mom or dad. The biggest thing is to get your kid in sports when they are young, so they have something to hang on to when they grow up.

Why Football Teams Should Have New Uniforms
Do you ever look at a football team and judge them on their uniform? Well if you don't do this I do. Their uniforms tell a lot of a team. It is kind of like the saying "don't judge a book by its cover." We should not judge a team on their uniform, but we all do it. The cooler the uniforms look the better they seem. It is almost like wohh get out of their way.
Especially in college the football team should receive new jerseys every year. A new year should mean new jerseys. An entire year is a long time for things to go out of style. Yeah they might look extremely cool one year, but the next year it is already getting old. Fans want to see new ones. For example the Oregon Ducks receive new jerseys every year and it ends up all over twitter, Facebook etc. That will draw more publicity and fans towards that school just for a little thing such as the uniforms. The cooler they look the more publicity the school is going to receive. Now this doesn't happen for basketball teams as much. Football is a huge important sport in the United States, so a uniform is important to look cool.
Now it is kind of like a art project. The cooler and more design on the jersey the cooler they are going to look. If the jersey is one solid color with design in a different color it is going to look more professional than just one solid color jersey. Usually the jerseys that look the best are the Nike ones. Something about Nike designs them the best and has the best colors. The bigger school are supported by Nike, so they have to make sure they look cool. The teams in the Super Bowl receive new jerseys, and this is because they want to look athletic and like a bad ass team. During this time the two teams in the Super Bowl receive so much publicity, that they probably get the jerseys for free. The better the jerseys look the more the team is going to look good.
Injury
Usually, when a person is playing a sport it is, because they enjoy it and are good at it. Some cases it is their life. They are in the gym or field (depending on the sport), working hard to improve on the thing they love. One thing can always crush a dream.. and that is an injury.
There are multiple injury's that could destroy someone's career or set them back from a certain goal. The worst injury that can happen to someone that would destroy their career would be multiple concussions. Concussions are something that are taken serious now a days. If a helmet comes off during a football game the person has to sit out a play before coming back in. Concussions have destroyed so many people careers that people are trying to do stuff about it now. They are trying to do whatever they can to prevent a concussion from happening. If a person has the awful luck of receiving multiple concussions then they are not allowed to play sports anymore. That would be the one of the worst injury's to receive, because once you get one you are more likely to get another one.
A lot on injury's push the athlete back and keeps them from achieving one goal they have in life. Every injury a person receives, the longer it take them from reaching that goal. The more injury's a person has the less time they are going to be able to play that sport they love.
Injury can either break or motivate a person. There can be two perspectives to an injury. There can be a fight back, and actually want to get better and be a better athlete than what they were. Or they can look at an injury and say they don't want to do what it takes to get better and be better. Some people are motivated and see a good outcome from it and others think it is the end of the world and they don't want to do put the effort in of being better.
